WORKSHOPS | FALL 2020

Now offering a variety of workshops for kids, teens and adults! These workshops are designed to be taken à la carte—students can sign up for one or as many as they’d like.

  • Students can benefit from taking the same workshop more than once, building on skills as they progress.

  • Workshops cover a wide range of topics for performers of all experience levels. 

  • All workshops are taught by experienced adult staff with a wealth of performance and teaching experience.

 

COST 

All one-hour workshops are $25/session, or we offer a 6-class punch card for $125. Punch cards are nonrefundable and do not expire. Punch cards can be used for any of our fall workshops, or for future offerings. Minimum 3 students per session. Per health guidelines, advanced registration required one week prior to session.

Payment is due at the time of the class. Payment can be made through: Venmo (@bluefirestage) or PayPal (bluefirestage@gmail.com) or Personal check (paid to: Blue Fire Stage Company)

COVID-19 INFORMATION

All classes will be held outside, weather permitting, at the former Haddam Elementary School. Blue Fire Stage Company has been certified through the State of CT for our diligence in following health and safety guidelines in the time of Covid-19. Students and teachers will observe all social distancing guidelines at all times

  • Students should wear a mask to class, but masks may be removed at times when doing so is within social distancing requirements. 

  • Contactless temperatures will be taken for all students upon arrival. 

  • Parents should pre-screen student for any symptoms of illness before arrival and student should stay home if any symptoms are present. 

  • Indoor bathrooms are available and will be cleaned frequently.

WEATHER 

Workshops may be canceled or rescheduled due to weather (snow, heavy rain or extreme temperatures). 

  • Students will be contacted if the need to cancel or reschedule arises.

  • Students must dress for the weather.

  • If a class is canceled, students will have the option to transfer their registration to another class or to receive a refund.
